At BaseballCap Hub Store, we stand behind the quality of our authentic MLB caps and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, all caps (including Kansas City Royals, Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates, Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and Washington Nationals caps) that show signs of wear or have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address (for items shipped to our Washington location)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for traceability
- Customs fees are non-refundable
