Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be in its original packaging
Important: For hygiene reasons, all caps (including Kansas City Royals, Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates, Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and Washington Nationals caps) that show signs of wear or have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include:
    • Your request (return or exchange)
    • Order number
    • Item(s) details (name and quantity)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
    • Your return shipping address
    • Your contact information

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address (Washington location)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation
  • Ship to the provided address
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after return receipt
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using DHL or FedEx for traceability
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
